Boutique Mountain Homes is a local management company that takes care of and monitors this space so we can offer you maximum privacy but be there when you need us!

Perched 500 feet above the city, this beautifully-situated chalet is a short 10-minute drive to downtown Aspen. It flanks Buttermilk Ski Resort and is only a few minute drive to the base of the ski mountain.

We recommend a vehicle to access this property. You must have an AWD/4WD during times of weather and during shoulder/winter months (October - May).

PLEASE NOTE:

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $1000 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $5000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, your will receive a fine (detailed in the House Rules section of Airbnb).

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- Your cleaning fee is included in the price you pay on Airbnb if your stay is 14 nights or under. If you book for over 14 nights, you will be billed an additional $1,500 through the resolution center per 14 night period for a required mid-stay clean. For example: 15-28 night stay = $1,500 / 29 - 44 night stay = $3,000. If you would like the home cleaned more than every 2-weeks, please reach out to us to pay and schedule this service.

- If you book this space for 30+ nights, we require an additional insurance policy payment for your longer stay of $400 that will be sent to you through the Resolutions Center.

- If you would like regular housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange that for you at an additional charge after booking.

- We can provide you up to 4 full-sized cribs with mattress pads and crib sheets set up for your arrival for a rate of $100 per crib for your stay.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
