Connected to the bedroom is your master bathroom featuring beautiful tiling, a separate shower, and a spacious soaking tub and picture window. Also on the main level of the home is a dedicated laundry room, mud room, and powder bathroom.

Travel downstairs to find a perfect second relaxation space with lounge seating and Smart TV. Down the hallway you will find two queen-sized bedrooms with black out curtains and a shared bathroom. Both upstairs and downstairs have multiple access points to the exterior of the home with surrounding lawn, driveway, and patios. This home is spacious enough for 6-guests to be comfortable and all have their own place to retreat.

You are a mere minute to Highway 133: the main access point to downtown Carbondale or the Crystal Valley (Redstone/Marble). Highway 133 brings you to the main jumping-off point to Glenwood Springs (25 minutes), Basalt (20 minutes), and Aspen/Snowmass (45 minutes).

Guests have access to the entire home. We ask that they do not intrude on the detached barn across the driveway where the long-term tenant lives.

PLEASE NOTE:

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, your will receive a fine (detailed in the House Rules section of Airbnb).

- Please drive slow on the dirt road that leads to the home. The neighbors are very sensitive to the dust and speed.

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be sent an additional cleaning fee through the Resolutions center for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2. If you would like the home cleaned more than every 2-weeks, please reach out to us to pay and schedule this service.

- If you book this space for 30+ nights, we require an additional insurance policy payment for your longer stay of $120 that will be sent to you through the Resolutions Center.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
